How Paganetta processes data: the calculators run entirely in your browser and the amounts you enter are never sent anywhere. The site measures visits with Google Analytics, loaded with storage denied by default for every visitor, in every country — not just the EEA — so no analytics cookie is set. No advertising tags.
Who we are and what we process
Paganetta is a net-salary calculator for Italy. The calculations run in your browser and need no sign-up: to use the calculators we do not ask for your name, email or any other identifying detail, and the amounts you enter are neither sent to us nor stored.
The only processing that happens on this site is visit measurement, described below. There is no profiling, there are no accounts, and there is no advertising.
Visit measurement
To understand which pages get read we use Google Analytics (G-EPBKX0SKVV). It is the only tag on the site.
The Consent Mode v2 block that runs before the tag sets every storage signal — measurement, advertising, personalisation — to denied, for every visitor and in every country, with no geographic carve-out. There is no consent notice anywhere on this site that could change that setting, so it stays denied permanently: Google Analytics runs cookieless, writes no identifier to your device, and cannot join one of your visits to another.
What reaches Google is an aggregated count of pages viewed together with your IP address, which Google uses to derive an approximate location and then discards. `ads_data_redaction` and `url_passthrough` are on as well.
The processing is carried out by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (United States) as a third party; Google adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
There is no advertising tag: no ad network, no profiling cookie, no real-time bidding.
Your choices
Because storage is denied by default already, there is no consent to withdraw: the tag writes no measurement cookie and keeps no identifier. If you would still rather block the request to the tag entirely, use your browser settings or a blocking extension; our cookie notice carries the relevant links.
One exception, named here rather than passed over in silence: the gr_int flag, our own exclusion for internal visits, so that our test traffic does not end up in the figures. It is written only when you deliberately open a page with ?internal=1 appended — as a cookie with a lifetime of one year, and additionally in local storage — and the measurement code reads it on every page view. On an ordinary visit nothing is written, and nothing on this site links to it. It holds a single flag and nothing about you, and you delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Blocking measurement does not limit your use of the calculators in any way.
Legal basis
Measurement happens without storing or reading information on your device, so it does not fall under the consent requirement in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. Processing of the residual data — the IP address used for approximate location and then discarded — rests on the legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object using the tools described above.
